Advanced Stop the Bleed

Do you know how to control life threatening bleeding? Learn how to control & stop bleeding in all scenarios from simple cuts to life threatening blood loss. From identifying different types of hemorrhaging to handling patient hand-off to EMS, this course will give students the knowledge & skill set needed to act as the first responder in a variety of situations. We’ll cover a wide range of topics, such as remaining calm in the moment, holding pressure, applying different types of tourniquets, handling patient hand-off to emergency medical services, and more.
